Seminary Program

We Demand Excellence

We believe in setting a standard for Daemonolatry clergy in a world where anyone can claim the title of priest without any training whatsoever. Our seminary program requires seminarians to take courses in counseling, promotes volunteer service through teaching and mentoring, and requires its students to put in predetermined numbers of hours of community service on top of traditional training in liturgical rites, magickal training, and leadership training. All our seminary candidates are hand-picked (or recommended) based on temperament, experience, and dedication and must pass a rigorous background check. Our priesthood isn't about proselytizing - it's about community organizing, teaching, and serving communities of people. Chances are if you are called to the priesthood for power, or visions of being respected, you wouldn't be a good candidate. The best candidates are often the ones who don't seek out the priesthood. The priesthood seeks them out. Most of our candidates have to think long and hard about acceptance, and only 1/4 of our seminary students make it through to traditional ordainment as the training is rigorous, requires a lot of self-oversight and self-motivation to do the personal work and ritual work required, and can oftentimes be boring as we make our Seminarians help run various temples/groups under the watchful eyes of their instructors and the priests of the covens/groups they do their seminary work in. It requires having good people skills.

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:

​

• Letter of Recommendation from your current GenDem Group/Coven/Sect/Temple's High Priest(ess)

• Must have 1-2 years of Pre-Initiate Training Completed

• Must be formally initiated.

• Must have at least 6 years of ACTIVE group practice under your belt.

If you are a Solitary practitioner you have a different set of requirements:

​

• A Letter of Recommendation from one of our Seminary instructors (usually by taking classes outside the seminary from them)

• Must be able to pass a written and verbal pre-initiate exam and demonstrate you understand Traditional Daemonolatry principles and rituals.

• Must be at least 45 years of age with a minimum of 25 years experience as a witch or magician, with a minimum of 9 years having worked with Daemons.

• Must have self-initiated a minimum of nine years ago.
